In 2012, GRIP Engineers successfully designed, manufactured, and supplied a 32/5 Ton Capacity DG Gantry Crane for M/s. L&T SUCG India-China JV, used in the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Project.
The crane was built with an adjustable 24m span (overall 34.6m) and a 10m lift height, tailored for the challenging requirements of tunnel mucking operations. With dual capacities of 32 Ton (main hoist) and 5 Ton (auxiliary hoist), the equipment provided flexibility, efficiency, and safety in handling heavy muck cars and related components during metro tunnel excavation.
