In 2023, GRIP Engineers successfully executed the design, manufacture, and installation of an 80 Ton Capacity Electric Two Track Surface Traverser for the Carriage & Wagon (C & W) Workshop of Northern Railway, Jagadhari, Yamunanagar.
The traverser, built with a 20.61m span, is engineered for heavy-duty railway coach handling, enabling smooth transfer of coaches between tracks within the workshop. This advanced system enhances operational efficiency, reduces manual intervention, and ensures safe handling of railway rolling stock.
